Ntaria Heroes is a collaborative community film production, made with community participants in their languages of choice (Western Aranda, English). Ntaria School students visit the Strehlow Research Centre archives (mainly the genealogies and photographic collection) under the guidance of community elders. The film’s main theme is to feature the contributions of traditional owners, past and present, as community champions and their contribution to the formation of the archive and impact on the community.
